Category: Ilocano USA

Long before Ilocano USA (IUSA) was formally organized and officially recognized as an integral part of the Philippine Cultural Foundation, Inc. (PCFI) in 1999, its members had been in the forefront of the Foundation’s success. A non-profit organization, IUSA has always been a staunch supporter of major PCFI activities, such as annual PhilFests, Sampaguita Balls, concerts, and cultural presentations. Unprecedented is IUSA’s success in garnering nine (9) consecutive Mrs. or Miss PhilFest crowns, and awards given to the PCFI member association raising the most funds for the Foundation. This is certainly attributed to the unity, admirable focus, and enviable cooperative spirit prevailing in the organization.IUSA’s current president for the years 2009-2011 is Ross Balderama. Membership is open anyone who identifies with IUSA’s goals and objectives.
