Here are photos from the Penafrancia Celebration at the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Ybor City on September 18, 2011 by the Bicol Association of South Florida.

This event was attended by Filipino-Americans in the Tampa bay Area with the Philippine Choral Group as guest choir, Brent Taghap, violinist and others. The Bicol Association of South Florida is a member organization of the Philippine Cultural Foundation, Inc.
