We have finally received a confirmation from the Consular office that it will indeed send a team to serve you during PhilFest 2012. However, the Philippine Cultural Foundation, Inc. and the Bayanihan Arts and Events Center are no longer part of the application process aside from the fact that we will be providing the venue for the event. The Consular office decided that all applications and scheduling for the Consulate-on-Wheels in Tampa will only be processed through their office in Washington DC. Also, reservations and schedules will only start when they will issue an announcement online though their site at
http://www.philippineembassy-usa.org/philippines-dc/consular-services-dc/faq-dc/#outreach
This means that all submissions made through Bayanihan Arts and Events Center or pcfitampa.org will not be honored and you have to inquire directly from the Philippine Consulate.
